Shipping to Switzerland – how does it work?Updated 2 months ago
Orders to Switzerland are processed through our partner MeinEinkauf AG from St. Gallen. Therefore, your package first makes a short stop in Konstanz at the Swiss border – this is part of the normal procedure.
The shipping takes place in three steps:
(1) Your package is initially delivered by DHL to Konstanz.
(2) At the Swiss border, MeinEinkauf AG handles customs clearance.
(3) After successful customs clearance, the package is delivered by DPD within Switzerland to your home.
For shipment tracking: When you click “View order,” you will first see the DHL tracking number for the shipment to the Swiss border. After customs clearance, you will receive a second tracking number from DPD for the delivery within Switzerland.
MeinEinkauf AG handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery – no additional costs are incurred for you.
