You can process your return easily via our returns portal. You will find the link on our website or in your order confirmation. Please ensure that the carrier is clean, unworn, and returned in perfect condition.

Can I exchange the baby carrier (e.g. for a different color)?
Yes, an exchange for a different color is possible. However, if you choose a different color, the standard return process applies: the original item is returned and refunded, while you place a separate order for your new color of choice.
Can I try the carrier first and then return it?
Generally, it is possible to try the carrier and return it if you are not satisfied. However, please note that we cannot cover the costs for shipping and return.
How long does the refund take?
After receipt and verification of your return, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible. The duration depends on your payment method and your bank, but usually takes a few business days.
