The baby carrier feels "loose" – is that a defect?Updated 6 days ago
No, this is not a defect. Thanks to the innovative 3D knitting technique, the carrier is made in one piece—without disruptive seams. The different knitting structures are deliberately designed to provide various stretchabilities and adaptability to the body. This is intentional.
The technology is designed so that the material does not loosen or lose elasticity, even with regular use. A structural loss of material is therefore not possible from a technical standpoint. Over time, your baby will become heavier, which can cause the position to appear to change visually and the baby to sit subjectively a little lower. This change is normal and not an indication of a material flaw or a decreasing stability of the carrier.
